How ordering works

This site is a catalog, not a checkout. There is no cart, no card payment on the site, and no automated order confirmation. Every enquiry and order is confirmed directly with Tsebo Lephoto on WhatsApp. Placing an order means reaching agreement with Tsebo on the exact product, variant, price and warehouse in that conversation.

Pricing and quotes

• · Prices shown are the fixed, authoritative price to Tsebo's own warehouse — Johannesburg for South Africa, Maseru for Lesotho — in that country's currency (Rand or Maloti, pegged 1:1).
• · A quote is valid for 7 days from when it's given. Payment is the full price upfront; there is no deposit-and-balance arrangement.
• · "Price on request" means exactly that — message Tsebo for a current figure rather than assuming a number.

Delivery and freight

Air freight is approximately 10 days and sea freight approximately 45 days, counted from the date your order is confirmed, to Tsebo's warehouse in Johannesburg or Maseru — not to your door. Collection or onward delivery from the warehouse is arranged separately with Tsebo. Product readiness (in stock vs. made to order) is separate from freight time, and both are confirmed before you pay.

Product information

Product names, images, specifications and dimensions on this site are shown for reference and may differ from the physical item — always confirm exact details with Tsebo before ordering. Where a product photo is a supplier reference image rather than the exact unit you'll receive, Tsebo will tell you plainly when asked.

Warranty

Warranty terms depend on the supplier of each specific product. Return shipping to China and return delivery back to the client are at the client's expense.
